Repeat every 14 days
Use an interval from 1 to 365 days for customers whose replenishment rhythm follows elapsed time.
Standing schedules for B2B
Turn a predictable repeat purchase into a standing schedule. VezaLink lets Sellers create recurring orders for customers and, when permitted, lets Buyers set up their own schedule through a private portal.
For established B2B customer relationships. Buyers do not need VezaLink accounts.
A focused workflow
A schedule that matches the customer
Different customers buy on different rhythms. A schedule can repeat every N days, on selected weekdays, or on specific days of the month. Monthly schedules can also use the last calendar day, so they follow the actual end of each month.
Use an interval from 1 to 365 days for customers whose replenishment rhythm follows elapsed time.
Choose one or more weekdays that match a regular customer routine. The requested date remains subject to the Seller’s delivery rules.
Select calendar dates and optionally include the last day of each month. A schedule may be indefinite or have an end date.
Seller control
A Seller can create a schedule for a customer or let the Buyer create one when enabled. Sellers also choose how far ahead of the scheduled date an order appears for planning.
From schedule to operations
Upcoming schedules show the Seller what customers are expected to order and when, making it easier to plan before an order is active. When a scheduled date comes within the lead time, VezaLink creates a regular order if the products and ordering rules still allow it.
View expected demand for upcoming dates separately from orders already submitted, confirmed, or fulfilled.
Once the scheduled date is within the lead time, the order uses current products, Buyer prices, and delivery rules.
A Seller can pause, resume, or cancel a standing schedule. Cancellation is final for that schedule.
How it works
A schedule shows what is expected next. Each order joins the regular Seller workflow when its lead time is reached.
The Seller configures it, or an enabled Buyer creates it in their portal.
See expected demand before it becomes an active order.
Each order follows current product, price, and delivery rules.
Who it is for
Recurring orders suit suppliers and customers who repeat a known set of products on a regular interval, weekday pattern, or monthly date. They reduce the need to recreate the same standing instruction each time.
A recurring order repeats a Buyer’s standing instruction. It does not monitor stock, adjust quantities, reserve products, or guarantee delivery.
