Individual Buyer pricing

Customer-specific pricing for B2B ordering

Keep a standard catalog price while recording agreed product prices for individual customers. Buyers see the price agreed for them in their private portal, and that current price is used when they order.

For established B2B customer relationships. Buyers do not need VezaLink accounts.

A focused workflow

01Maintain catalog pricesSet the normal price for each product.
02Add Buyer exceptionsSet an individual price where terms differ.
03Order with clarityThe Buyer sees the price that applies to them.

Negotiated customer terms

Give each Buyer their agreed product pricing

Trade relationships often include negotiated prices for specific customers. Instead of maintaining a separate price sheet for every account, a Seller can set an individual price override for a Buyer and Product. When no override exists, the product’s catalog price applies.

Catalog default

Keep your normal product price

Each Product has a catalog price, unless you set a different price for a particular Buyer.

Buyer exception

Record an individual agreed price

Assign a special price to one product for one Buyer without changing the price another Buyer sees.

Private experience

Show each Buyer their price in the portal

Buyers order through private links and see their agreed prices rather than a public price list.

Fewer manual corrections

Make price exceptions visible before the order arrives

Separate spreadsheets and remembered exceptions make it easy to send the wrong price or correct an order after it arrives. Keeping each customer’s agreed product prices in VezaLink makes the right price easier to check before ordering.

  • Maintain the catalog price and individual Buyer prices in VezaLink.
  • Show each Buyer their price while they browse and build an order.
  • Use the latest price set for that Buyer and product when the order is placed.
  • Keep past order prices as recorded, even if the catalog changes later.

Built for one-to-one terms

Simple pricing for individual customer terms

VezaLink keeps pricing simple: an individual price for a Buyer and Product takes precedence over the catalog price. Sellers manage the catalog and each exception, while Buyers see their prices only through their private portal.

Seller control

Manage exceptions with the customer record

The Seller decides which product-price exceptions apply to each Buyer and can update them as commercial terms change.

Order history

Keep the original price in order history

Past orders keep the prices recorded when they were placed, even if the catalog changes later.

How it works

How customer-specific pricing works

Keep the catalog as your default and add an individual price wherever a customer has different terms.

  1. 01

    Set the catalog price

Enter the standard selling price on each Product.

  2. 02

    Add a Buyer price

Set a different price for one product for a particular Buyer.

  3. 03

    Order at the agreed price

The Buyer sees their price while ordering, and that price is used when the order is placed.

Who it is for

For B2B sellers with negotiated customer terms

Customer-specific pricing is useful when a wholesaler, distributor, or supplier serves Buyers with different agreed prices on selected products and wants those exceptions represented in the repeat-order flow.

  • Businesses currently emailing separate price sheets.
  • Teams that want fewer manually remembered exceptions and post-submission price corrections.
  • Sellers who need individual Buyer/Product prices while retaining one managed catalog.
Product boundary

Individual overrides, not tiered pricing

Pricing in VezaLink is based on the catalog price with an optional individual Buyer/Product override. It is not a volume-discount, quantity-break, price-group, or promotion system.

  • The Seller controls and updates pricing; no tax or invoice calculation is implied.
  • The effective price is private to the relevant Buyer portal and order.
